Level I Infrared Thermography Certification Training

Level I Infrared Thermography Certification educates aspiring thermographers on the most efficient ways to use their infrared cameras in order to collect quality data.  Students will learn how to calculate accurate, repeatable temperature measurements, and be familiarized with critical infrared camera parameters such as emissivity, reflected ambient and distance to target.  Our engaging class exercises and supervised in-field examples allow for a practical, hands-on approach to infrared thermographic interpretation.  This course covers an extensive variety of thermography applications that is guaranteed turn any rookie into a thermography pro.

AIRT Academy of Infrared Training Inc.'s Level I Infrared Thermography Certification training course materials were submitted to the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) for recognition as a Continuing Technical Development (CTD) Program.  The course was reviewed and recognized by NETA's Standards Review Council.  Number of Continuing Technical Development Credits (CTDCs): 38 hours.

No Prerequisite.  Designed for beginners.  Infrared experience and/or an infrared camera are not necessary.

Tuition:

$1,995 USD (or $2,695 CAD for Canadian residents). 

This tuition includes a 4 day training course and training materials. Should you pass the exam at the end of the course, you will also receive a Level 1 Certificate & a custom-made wallet ID Card.
